SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Artreflectionsca ships within Canada and to Continental USA. All orders will be processed by Artreflectionsca within 3-5 business days and shipped out via UPS, FED EX or DHL courier. A shipment confirmation email will be sent out to the buyer with a tracking number so orders can be tracked down post shipping. Items will be packaged to ensure safe keeping and good condition for delivery. Free shipping is offered by Artreflectionsca within Canada and to Continental USA. International shipping to Continental USA may be subjected to customs import fees and taxes. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to cover those additional costs, if applicable by customs authorities. Please refer to your local customs authorities website for further information. The customs import fees and taxes will be displayed on the parcel. Artreflectionsca is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or customs, or for lost or stolen items during the shipping process as we are no longer handling the items once they are shipped. A signature will be required by the courier upon delivery. If you live outside Canada or Continental USA, and you are interested in purchasing an art piece, contact Artreflectionsca by email, artreflectionsca@gmail.com. A request will be considered if international shipping rates are to be accepted as additional costs.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Artreflectionsca wants you to purchase with trust and confidence. Please review Artreflectionsca return and refund policies. There will be no exchanges or warranties on items sold by Artreflectionsca. If a package arrives damaged, Artreflectionsca will require photos and or videos of the unopened package in order to provide a refund for the paid art piece. Request for reimbursement for a damaged or non-damaged item will have to be completed within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Costs associated to packaging and shipping the art piece back to Artreflectionsca, located in Canada, will have to be covered by the buyer. Reimbursement of the art piece will be provided upon reception of the item. Artreflectionsca is not responsible for stolen or lost items and will not provide a refund in such cases. Please make sure all address information for delivery is correct as Artreflectionsca will not provide a refund for items shipped to the wrong address or that are non-deliverable.
